What is PET?
PET, short for Polyethylene Terephthalate, is a type of plastic known for its clarity, strength, and recyclability.
It is a common choice for various products and used extensively for packaging, particularly for food and beverage containers, but also in textiles and other applications.
What is a Button-Snap/Snap-On Mechanism?
Button-Snap or Snap-On mechanisms are reusable locking methods to secure contents within a container.
These snap buttons, which can be made of metal or plastic, are strategically placed on the container’s lid and tray, allowing them to click into place and hold the packaging closed.
Why is it Recyclable?
Our products are recyclable as PET is thermoplastic, meaning its polymer chains can be melted and reshaped without degrading, making it suitable for closed-loop recycling.
This allows PET to be recycled near infinitely into new PET products like bottles and fibers, or even other products like carpets or textiles.
Why is it food-safe?
PET plastic is considered food-safe primarily because it’s non-toxic, doesn’t leach harmful chemicals, and is approved for food contact by regulatory bodies.
Furthermore, our manufacturing lines are in compliance with ISO regulatory standards, ensuring that our products are clean and hygienic.
